Hi There! My name is Suzanne Houston. I have lived and worked in Turkiye for three years, teaching English. During this time I have travelled extensively throughout the country, visiting many amazing historical sites and making wonderful, long-lasting friendships. My good friend, Figen Akel has lived all her life in Istanbul and has an in-depth knowledge of Turkiye. Together, we have carefully designed and planned a tour that encompasses many aspects of Turkish history, culture and lifestyle. Come with us and experience this beautiful country and all it has to offer.

Turkiye - Where East meets West

Istanbul - a city in two continents
Straddling Europe and Asia, this magnificent city has so many delights to offer you. Mosques, palaces, towers, hamams, ferries, shopping, people and food.
Troy, Ephesus and Aegean Coast
Travel down the Aegean Coast, visiting Troy and the Trojan Horse. Wander through the most famous and best preserved Roman city outside Rome, Ephesus. Explore the beautiful seaside resort of Bodrum. Swim in the sea, visit markets and cook some Turkish food.
Cappadocia
Wake up to a fantastic lunar landscape full of cave houses, frescoed cave churches, valleys and underground cities. Take an amazing sunrise balloon ride over this astonishing landscape (optional).
Gallipoli
Walk in the footsteps of Australian ancestors at ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine and The Nek. Walk through the trenches and stroll among the numerous graves honouring the fallen. Visit the Turkish memorial. Lunch and wine-tasting at a local Turkish vineyard.

Here's what sets us apart

Step back into a time where quality, natural & organic were not choices, they just were. This is a time where craftsmanship and the work of a true artisan was appreciated. We source products from some of the last families and individuals that still have a weaving tradition in Turkiye. All the textiles we sell are woven on old-style shuttled looms using natural materials, GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton. All fibres used and all the artisans are Turkish and all the weaving done within Turkiye.
